1. Regional Bahá’í Schools are an agency of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of the United States. They maintain a database of information about its students, which includes contact information, the school they attended and any other information the student discloses.

2. Regional Bahá’í Schools have not, do not, and will not sell information about its students to anyone. They have not, do not, and will not disclose such information unless so required by law. All student information is strictly protected for use by the student, Regional Bahá’í Schools, and the institutions of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’í s of the United States.

3. Regional Bahá’í Schools take all reasonable precautions to secure personal information through password-protected files.

4. Regional Bahá’í Schools will provide students with the information about them in its database upon request.
